The Executive Policy Forum has been an annual BCABA tradition since 1999. According to a resolution passed by the BCABA Board of Governors establishing the event, the Executive Policy Forum is an annual event, in which members of the BCABA's three communities -- judges, government attorneys, and private sector attorneys -- discuss "the role of the BCAs, improving service of the BCAs to government contractors in resolving disputes, improving effectiveness and efficiency of advocacy before the BCAs, and other purposes as the BCABA President or the Judicial Conference may adopt."
