Defense Acquisition Deskbook. DoD maintains a comprehensive compilation of procurement statutes, regulations, policies and related materials. The handbook is available on the web. The Government Printing Office also publishes a CD ROM version every quarter. This is a great resource to keep on your laptop of office workstation. The DoD Acquisition Handbook also includes a collection of government contracts materials from various DoD entities. The web site and CD ROM have very good search engines.
